Note:

This list may look daunting at first, but it's more of a guideline rather than strict rules.  I'm pretty easy going.  I just don't like surprises :-)

I can record:

CD to MiniDisc (Optical Digital)

MiniDisc to MiniDisc (Optical Digital)

Note: I don't have SCMS stripping capabilities

Rules/Guidelines:

1:1 Equal trade: You have music I want, I have music you want. We both record them onto our MiniDiscs, and send them to each other.

I'm not really bothered about the brand of MiniDiscs you use.  Any brand will be fine, as long as they are brand new 74 or 80 min and have metal shutters.  I usually stock up on blanks when I find a bargain.  Currently I have a lot of TDK FINE 74's some Memorex cool color MD-74's, some Hi-Space 74 Red's and a lot of Hi-Space 80 colors.
You pay postage to send the disc to me, I pay postage to send the disc to you.
I'll send first class US Mail and would like you to send the First Class also
For the reason that I simply don't have time, I won't title discs or tracks. However, I will send track listings on a piece of paper with your MiniDiscs or e-mail you the track list whichever you prefer.
You can title discs, or do as I do above, whichever you have time for.
I prefer not to send the plastic case that came with the MiniDisc because some bulk blanks don't come with cases.  If you must have a case, I'll accommodate if I can.
Please don't write on, or apply, the labels.
Split up the individual tracks. If you can, use syncro recording.
If you don't have any references (people you've traded with before), then I send your disc when I receive mine. Otherwise, I'll send it when you send it.
Please wrap it well (use bubble wrap or one of those padded mailers) so I don't receive broken MiniDiscs.
Record the discs in stereo mode.
Please do Not Record in MDLP, my portable cannot play LP.

2:1 If you don't have anything I want you can send me 2 blank sealed MiniDiscs.  I'll record on 1 and keep one for time and postage expense.
